All the staff are all really happy to come to work. We have an exceptional group of people whom we help. It’s like an extended family. The staff know the Residents and their families and the Residents know our children. You know our stories. It makes for a very peaceful home.

Everything I ask the staff they do it for me and they do other things outside of what I’ve asked. They do a wonderful job. Whatever you want. I’ve had to get people in the middle of the night and there’s no hesitation. It’s always done. The girls here certainly have good teamwork. Staff here are happy and Residents are happy.

Willoughby Retirement Village is a fantastic place to live. I have lived here for 10 years and would not want to live anywhere else. The Village is centrally situated near transport, restaurants and shops and next to a huge, beautiful park. The Management, Office and Maintenance Staff are efficient and very caring.
